Construction Management Volunteers
St Joseph’s hospital has a real need for construction management assistance on their 5 storey hospital extension project. One of the challenges is to ensure that the contractor delivers the building in accordance with the contractual time schedule and to the quality described in the specification. The local contractor working on this project urgently requires construction management assistance to improve logistics and health and safety issues on the building site.St Joseph Hospital extension project is in progress. The project is financed by donations. Approx xx million kr. is required to complete the project to local standards. The Contractor urgently requires management assistance & health and safety measures to be put into progress.
Project cost is 3,2 billion TZS (at 2020 prices) (approx 10 million kr. 1.3 million dollar)
- 20% hospital revenue
- 80% donations to build
So far received 1,5 billion TZs have been received. The project requires donations of 1,7 billion TZS to complete.
